In the Spring of 2003 the Harbourfront Antique Market closed its doors, but not permanently. The market has moved a few blocks away to the old Honest Ed's Restaurant on King Street West, reopening as the Toronto Antique Centre. Following suit, almost all of the 100 independent antique dealers that travel the world to find their treasures have come along. The Centre contains everything from furniture to jewelry, as the exhibitors are renowned for tracking down the details about the craftsmanship and history of each item. The market carries many collectibles including: 1930's Fiesta Ware, Shelley, Coalport, and Majolica china.
